I was spending the day in Brentwood and wanted to find a place to book a facial. I was able to get a same day appointment. Lucky me.

After falling off my self care routine during the pandemic, I was looking to get back on the self care wagon. I was able to book online easily and I received an express facial by Raylin. Raylin was great. The spa was clean and had a nice, airy vibe. I especially enjoyed the UV light treatment. I noticed an immediate difference in my skin. Raylin was both knowledgeable and personable. We developed a plan based on my concerns.
Skin Experts offers a monthly membership as well.

The staff was kind and welcoming. I was rather impressed. I'll be making the trek from Oakland for additional services.

Beware-big scam and all they care about is selling products. No steam, no massage, and no changing out of your shirt into a gown. Not my idea of a relaxing facial. You have been warned! The owners put profit ahead of customers, employees, and the customer experience.

How about a monthly membership to treat your face with top notch skin care products? You also don't have to be a member but it certainly has its perks.

I found this business in the Press and made an easy online appointment the next day for a glacial facial. The facility is new and feels welcoming and clean.

I had booked with Raylin who was super friendly. She walked me through each step of the facial which was 45 min long. We talked about my concerns and how I wanted a low maintenance, throw and go routine.

I was sold on the monthly membership because 1) I can gift the monthly facial to a friend, family, or neighbor and 2) you can cancel anytime. What a really nice idea to come in monthly and treat my skin.

I initially came here with my mom for a spa treatment day. They have knowledgeable staff and my skin was glowing after the appointment. I decided to purchase the special facial treatment kit and the 10 future appointments. This will be my new self-care place I go to every month.

Everything was ok but It is not what I was looking for my skin. I want deeply cleaning and exfoliating of my face and I couldn't get this here.
I need to look around for other places where I can get a better facial!

I thought the experience was lovely. The recliner seat was heated to my liking. The skin expert who worked on me was nice and explained the steps as we went on with the facial. The only thing I didn't like or expect was the skin peeling.

It is now day 7 post-facial and my skin is still peeling, despite using moisturizer twice daily, sun block, and skin repair complex serum. The downfall is if I try to use foundation, the peeled skin will take up the foundation and it will look even more prominent.

One major piece of advice: if you have a big event coming up, make sure to not have a facial beforehand as it may cause reddening or skin peeling afterwards.

Overall, some products I purchased: sun block (highly recommend, it's light and tinted), toner (smells so good, like roses), and the night serum. I only have good things to say about their skin care products.

Polite staff but I don't think their product is suited well for my skin. I have dry and sensitive skin.

Enjoyed my free facial and now I am hooked. Customer service is solid and though I understand they are selling their product, as well as performing facial services, I appreciate that is it low/no pressure.

The location and the esthetician was nice. The establishment was clean. I got a facial using an introductory offer. When I left my skin looked like I had received a facial a few days ago not a few minutes prior. The products did not feel as good on my face as other products from a different esthetician. I wasn't sure if this was their normal standard or if the facial was minimal because they wanted me to come back again . Overall the facial was just okay.I will not go back.
I want to update my review. 3 weeks out from the facial and I am loving how my skin looks. My skin looks hydrated and smooth. I would use this location again.
