Our mini split units were dripping, and they came out the same day we called to fix the problem. They made sure the problem was resolved and were thorough. Their pricing was fair, communication was great, and they are all friendly and knowledgeable. So thankful for them!

We have hired Bryant for HVAC, plumbing and now electrical. They have been good to us for all services. Paul Cook was our electrician this week and he was very efficient and professional.

We had a problem with our kitchen under-counter lighting. I described it as rope lighting to them on the phone but I was wrong. When they came out they did not have the right parts. They tried to make it work anyway but with no luck. They described the part I needed and I told them I would go get it myself and put it on and that was fine with me. He showed me what I needed to do.
I got a call the next morning from the electrician's boss and he said they would like to come out and do it right for no extra fees. I was very happy that they were willing to come back out and make it right and not charge an extra trip fee - especially since it was because of my incorrect description.
I appreciate the service and the extra effort. Thank you!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Carol M.Lincoln, NE8371Oct 16, 2012Updated review
Continuation of the problem - now in October. Can't get the filter out, humidifier is dead, and when the unit runs on heat, it sounds like a wind tunnel in the house.
Service? I called today and they can't get out until october30 and that was a push to get them to come then. And that is with a service contract on a system installed in July and a new outside unit reinstalled in August.
I am not a happy camper with Bryant.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jul 27, 2012Previous reviewI am writing this review 48 hours after installation of a new HVAC system in our 1914 home.
We are NOT IMPRESSED with Bryant's service. Considering we are paying PREMIUM dollars, the service has been awful.
1) THe service techs who arrived never introduced themselves to me and never engaged in conversation. When I'd ask how things were going - other than "fine" I never had any communication.
2) When they removed our old system - they tossed the old insulation and other debris into the neighbor's yard.
3) I'm still picking up metal shards on our back walks and in our basement. I don't dare go barefoot right now.
4) They left our outdoor lighting unplugged.
5) From 5 PM when they said our system was installed on Wednesday, to 10:30 PM that night - the temperature only went from 87 degrees in the house to 84 degrees, despite being set at 75 to try to cool things off.
6) Since installation on Wednesday, the compressor has yet to turn off. Despite our NEST thermostat instructing it to shut off - it won't.
7) We had two technicians out yesterday - but we still don't have the cool we think is deserved considering our paying premium dollars.
I could also comment on the workmanship on the unit - but I'm not an expert in metal work - but my husband demanded things be taped up since there were so many sharp edges on the heating unit.
We will continue to try to work with Bryant - but we aren't happy at this time. A continuation of this review should be expected. - C B.Lincoln, NE02Jul 8, 2018
Bryant's plumbing department is as good as they get. Totally trustworthy and honest. We've used them for after hour calls and new construction. Always very pleased.

I would recommend this company. Kyle came out on time and explain every step of what he was doing. He didn't try to sell me anything and fixed my air conditioner unit that is very old. He could have tried to sell me a new unit, but he was very professional and only fixed what the problem was. And they are very reasonably priced!

We have a sun-room heating and air unit. We've been a Bryant customer for as long as we've lived at our current address, which is 25 years, but NO MORE! Our unit wasn't working, so we scheduled a service call with them. We were charged a service call, which we expected. The service technician told us that a part was bad. He recommended that we order a new part. Our unit is 14 years old. My husband asked him about how much a new unit would cost, and he said anywhere from 2,000 to 5,000. So, my husband said he would go ahead and get the new part for 650. The service technician never offered to quote us for a new unit, nor did he tell us there would be fees if we chose not to go ahead with the new part. After the fact, we found out that we could get a new unit for 1,425 INSTALLED through a different vendor. So, of course, my husband cancelled the part. But wait! There's a "restocking" and "freight" fee!! What? Oh yes. We had to pay a "restocking" and "freight" fee of an additional 85.15! So, we are out 159.15 for what? For bad, really bad advice and service! My husband called and talked to supposedly the manager. The manager wouldn't budge. We even offered to pay half the fee. But NO! Nothing! So, I'm forced to use other means to get the word out about this horrible treatment! Find another vendor!

Julie,
We understand as consumers no one wants to incur a fee without receiving a service or product. In this instance the necessary parts for your PTAC unit needed to be shipped in. Unfortunately the vendor of the parts charges a restocking fee on any returned product. Both fees were indirect services provided by our vendor for the repair that was approved. This is one reason why we require approval from our customers before moving forward with any repairs or parts purchases.
We apologize the correct steps were not taken to provide you with accurate replacement options. Rather than provide any of our customers with a price range that could be inaccurate, our techs should ask to setup a free estimate visit with one of our trained estimators. This ensures that our customers receive accurate information when weighing all available options and is something that has since been addressed with our entire service team. - Eric W.Lincoln, NE2258Apr 1, 2013
I became involved with Bryant about 17 years ago with our new home. I can say without reservation that they have provided exemplary service over the years. We are now in process of replacing our current system due to its age and will have Bryant do the work again, no hesitations!

I was very pleased with the maintenance service provided today. Richard was prompt, courteous and efficient. He was so good with my Sheltie and allowed him to tag by his side as he worked both inside and out. This is not our first maintenance service visit. We've trusted Bryant for over 25 years.
