Mary Ann and Team are amazing! They are so up to date on all the local communities, they know all the directors and nurses, they meet with you and your loved one to review your needs and match you with ONLY those that are a fit for your loved one. BUT it doesn't stop there...they also set up the appointments to tour/visit and meet you there. They know all the questions to ask and stick with you until you find the right fit.
We found the perfect fit for my in laws who moved in and 3 weeks later my father in law passed away. Mary Ann helped us a second time to find the perfect memory care facility (accepting new residents during the Covid pandemic) for my mother in law.

I don't even know how to express how AMAZING our experience was working with Kristine at Bridge to Better Living. We had no idea we would be looking for assisted living/skilled nursing facilities for my mother at this stage in her life. We had no idea what her financial situation was or how the process even works when planning for people in her situation. We were overwhelmed, emotional and filled with uncertainty about my mothers future and how to get her into a safe living environment where she would be cared for and how she would pay for it.
