LeadBelly, located in the heart of the booming Haymarket Neighborhood, is Lincoln's own contemporary culinary twist on the traditional bar and grill. Using the freshest ingredients, LeadBelly offers outstanding casual American cuisine including gourmet "Leadbellies" made on ground chuck, chicken breast or veggie burgers, Flatcars, salads, sandwiches and sausages. LeadBelly offers a full bar menu with a hefty eclectic appetizer menu. This is the second hospitality concept from Red Herring Concepts in Lincoln, co-owned by Michael Martin and Tony & Wendy Young.
