Tillotson Enterprises is a family-owned business operated by Gene and Tammy Tillotson. After growing up in rural Nebraska and Kansas, Gene and Tammy both earned degrees in education and began teaching careers – Tammy in Family and Consumer Science and Gene in Science.

The attraction of being entrepreneurs was too strong, however, and in 1991, they began doing business under the name of Tillotson Roofing. Tillotson Enterprises has undertaken projects in Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, South Dakota, Colorado, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas, and, at the end of 2019, had roofed over 14 million square feet of roof using spray-applied techniques.

Tillotson Enterprises also offers other spray-applied services, such as interior spray foam insulation and, most recently, concrete leveling using polyurethane foam. Today, Tillotson Enterprises is one of central Nebraska’s largest and most respected spray-applied roofing contractors in the Midwest.
