Wellbeing Initiative Inc. is a non-profit organization developed, driven, and run by peers. Our mission is to empower individuals living with mental health and substance use challenges to reach their fullest potential. By offering a variety of capacity development for community-based organizations through supporting their workforce to provide quality and informed services, provide technical assistance to community-based agencies on program and workforce development, as well as workplace wellness, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
