This might be my 2nd time ever writing a review, this place is a pos i don't even know how the hell the manager even works there, never have I ever had a cel on a 30,000 mile car i pick it up the next day and it has one called them they said come drop it off to take a look, right when I get there the manager tells me to leave and its not their problem smh

car sat for approximately 13 days as I searched for answers to the next step between insurance usaa and this body shop. after a final complaint on understanding the next steps, this auto shop declined to move forward with the car after collaborating with their Usaa local rep declaring me unreasonable. This would have been helpful information to know that this body shop declined to move forward on the day of the quote, and acceptance of payment. many opportunities were provided as i continued to inquire. not once did I demand repair. I demanded normal communication.

Brought truck in for an estimate. I already knew what happened to the truck. Just wanted an estimate. Guy wanted to argue about what happened instead of do an estimate. This is as he is In my personal space without a mask as I am wearing a mask. There is currently a mask mandate in effect in Lancaster County including the city of Lincoln. I feel incredibly disrespected as a female and as if I had my space violated as someone who is immunosuppressed. I do not recommend this business to another female and hope male's will take heed and avoid them as well. Will change my review if they can show where their estimator has a degree in forensic bodywork.

Very friendly staff and quick, reliable service to my car after a minor accident caused by others. You can track you repair status online all the time and receive texts of updates as well. I will certainly consider taking my car to this shop in the future.
