Each year our marketing team has the opportunity to share some of their work by entering the AMA Lincoln Chapter's Prism Awards. These awards recognize outstanding marketing work in a variety of categories such as brand campaigns, guerilla marketing, video, etc. This year, we were honored with 7 Prism Awards and 3 Sterling Awards (honorable mention). This week, members of our team were honored at the Nebraska Safety Council's annual conference. From right to left: Vicki Baltes was honored with a Catalyst Award. As our Facilities Manager, Vicki works hard every day to ensure our buildings are safe for all employees. Christine Wilcox was honored with a Professional Leadership Award. Christine is Vice President of HR, and she has created many health and wellness initiatives at UBT, like expanding our sick leave policy. Jordan Hancock was honored with a Champion Award. Jordan was nominated by her co-workers for our wellness award. She found fitness during the pandemic and has continued to stick with her journey. Along the way, she's created a social media following and helps inspire her co-workers with their health journeys. Last but not least, Sam Dolezal accepted the Lifetime Ambassador Award on behalf of UBT for our continued support of our employees' health and safety.
