Meet Derek, our Maintenance Manager. With nearly 400 pieces of equipment and 300,000 square feet to cover, his team is always ready for the next challenge. Proudest Moment: Completing a welding gas plumbing project. Our new bulk gas system is safer and more efficient for our welders, and they no longer have to switch out heavy welding gas bottles. Most Creative Solution: We're currently automating data collection for powder coating wash systems. When finished, there will be no need to record and input data into spreadsheets manually. Today, we celebrate our skilled assemblers, machinists, fabricators, and welders. From working with raw materials to finishing projects, our team members drive our concept-to-completion manufacturing.

Safety is part of our culture at TMCO. From regular safety training to presence-sensing devices that keep operators out of harm’s way, we provide safeguards that lower the risk of physical injury. Here, metal fabrication department manager Shawn demonstrates how breaching a light curtain automatically shuts down a large punching machine.

At TMCO, every Earth Day, we roll up our sleeves and pick up debris and litter to tidy up the areas around our facility. We recognize our responsibility to minimize our footprint, and our annual cleanup is just one way we lead by example.
