    When the pandemic hit four years ago, many businesses had the luxury of sending employees home to work remotely. These companies have only recently narrowed in on what their new normal looks like — all remote? All in-office? The right answer, of course, varies widely, but the hybrid model, or 2-4 days in the office each week, is highly favored. While hybrid seems to satisfy the need for collaboration, it also allows employees the flexibility of remote work. But even this happy medium has its challenges.     To have a successful retail company, it takes talented employees to bring in sales. In a Talent Plus case study, a retail client used our Talent Online Assessment to assess candidates, and by selecting top talent, was able to reduce their turnover. Assessed candidates had an 8% lower turnover rate than non-assessed candidates. If all those non-assessed had been assessed, it would have resulted in 1,134 fewer terminations.
