Earlier this week, NeighborWorks Lincoln and numerous partners celebrated the groundbreaking for Promenade at Pioneers. This 12-unit, mixed income, for-sale project was awarded $500,000 in Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Funds in 2022. What was once a community garden will now be five affordable housing options for low-to-moderate income families seeking to purchase their first home. DED is excited to see this project get underway, especially with so many stakeholders invested in growing the community.
