Once goals are determined the Transition Consultant will arrange tours with community representatives according to the client's availability. Consultants accompany tours with an in-depth checklist to assure all questions are asked and answered clearly. Guess work, time and frustration is decreased when Bridge to Better Living performs the research and is "feet on the ground" for the client.
